Since cases involving commercial truck accidents are frequently much more complex than accidents involving traditional passenger vehicles, it’s essential to have somebody who understands the commercial truck accident investigative process on your side. The initial police report doesn’t always tell the whole story. It might not be immediately apparent if a truck driver or commercial trucking company was in violation of some federal regulation.
