Truck Accident Investigations
Since truck drivers and trucking companies have additional rules and regulations to follow, a thorough and comprehensive investigation is absolutely essential following any kind of crash involving a commercial vehicle. Not only do truck drivers and trucking companies have to follow all of the traditional traffic laws, they also have laws associated with working hours, logbooks, loading, training and a variety of other industry-specific issues. Not all violations are immediately apparent, so it’s critical to have a personal injury lawyer on your side with proven truck accident case experience.
